Welcome to Pool Arrival. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for any activity on your account. You must be authorized to connect the pool controllers and booking calendars you add to Pool Arrival.

The service

Pool Arrival automates pool heating based on your booking calendar and controller state. Weather data, iCal feeds, and third-party APIs (iAquaLink, Pentair) can be delayed or unavailable; we do not guarantee that every setpoint change occurs at a specific time.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly per pool. You may cancel at any time from the billing page; access continues through the end of the current period.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer the service, resell it, or use it in a way that violates the terms of any connected third-party system.

Liability

Pool Arrival is provided as-is. We are not liable for equipment damage, gas costs, or guest experience issues resulting from controller faults, network outages, or misconfiguration. Always keep your pool equipment maintained.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced via email.
